My stay at the Tempe Residence Inn Marriott facing the Sun Devils stadium & butte in March 2018 felt more like staying in a comfortable apartment with a full kitchen. The rooms were fantastic, offering a comfortable, spacious, and nicely appointed experience without being overwhelming.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, super close to the Arizona Rock and Roll Half Marathon start line and just behind the Residence. The room setup was interesting with the shower and toilet in the bathroom and the sink in the walk-in closet area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and even arranged for transportation to the airport at 4 am with a hot coffee in hand. However, the dining options were basic, and the breakfast could have had more variety.
